Consumer shipments
You will automatically receive a message as soon as your order has been processed. The orders are packed on Monday, Wednesday and Friday in our store at the Haarlemmerdijk in Amsterdam and sent with DHL. We will send you a track and trace code so that you can keep an eye on your package.
Delivery times
Within the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg and the Ruhr region of Germany we can deliver within two days. For Italy, France and Spain it can take two to five days for your order to be delivered.
Shipping costs
As of January 1, 2022, the shipping costs within the Netherlands will be €7.50. If the purchase amount of your order is €75 or more, the shipping costs are for our account. This only applies to delivery in the Netherlands. If you live in Belgium or Germany, shipping is free with a purchase amount from €100. All shipping costs include 21% VAT and diesel surcharge.
