How can I order?

As soon as you have placed an order, we will automatically email you a confirmation. This confirmation contains the address to which we will send the order. Check this address carefully for street name, house number and zip code. If you have entered the postcode, house number or country incorrectly, please let us know immediately by e-mail. The orders are packed on Monday, Wednesday and Friday in our store at the Haarlemmerdijk in Amsterdam and shipped with DHL. We will send you a track and trace code so that you can track your package.

What is the delivery time?

Within the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg and the Ruhr area of ​​Germany we can deliver within two days. For Italy, France and Spain it can take two to five days for your order to be delivered.

If the DHL delivery person does not find anyone at your home, he will leave a card in the letterbox.

What are the shipping costs?

The shipping costs within the Netherlands are €7.50. This includes 21% VAT and diesel surcharges. If the purchase amount of your order is €75 or more, the shipping costs are for our account. Can I track my order?

After packing your order you will receive an email from DHL with your track & trace code. If the DHL delivery person does not find anyone at your home, he will leave a card in the letterbox.

How can I change or cancel my order?

If you want to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible by e-mail or telephone. Otherwise there is a good chance that it has already been sent.

How can I return my order?

Exceptions are cut-to-size oilcloth and sale products. They cannot be returned. Our bamboo door curtains may only be returned if they have not been removed from the packaging. The items must be returned in their original packaging and in unused condition. The trial period is 14 days.

If you want to return an order (or part of it), please inform us by email. Mention the article, order number and your IBAN number in the email. When we have received and handled the return, we will inform you by e-mail.

The costs for returning are for your own account, unless the reason for return is related to an error on our part. Return of items is at the customer’s own risk.

We recommend returning the package with a track & trace number. If the return package does not arrive, we can always check where it is at the moment.

When we have received the return shipment in good order, you will receive a confirmation email from us. The purchase amount will then be refunded to your account within 10 days.

How can I order a custom tablecloth?

Custom oilcloth is sold per pieces of 50 cm. This concerns the length of the oilcloth. You can find the width of your oilcloth under the oilcloth category. So if you order 5 pieces, you will receive an oilcloth with a length of 250 cm at home.
